Returns

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days of receiving the goods. Where the items in a single order are delivered separately, the period begins when the final item is received. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the buyer is a legal entity.

You may open and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in the same way you would be permitted to examine them in a physical shop. If the goods have been handled beyond this, you are liable for any diminished value and the Online Store is entitled to claim compensation for it. We ask that goods be returned complete and in their original packaging where possible — this helps avoid a reduction in value, but it is not a condition of exercising the right of withdrawal.

For hygiene reasons, sealed goods cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened after delivery. [OMIT THIS PARAGRAPH IF YOU DO NOT RELY ON THIS EXCEPTION]

You can submit a withdrawal notice HERE or by email to eshop@wendre.com. You may also enclose the notice with the returned goods.

Goods should be returned to [RETURN ADDRESS]. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by [the buyer / the Online Store]. [IF THE BUYER: the approximate cost is … EUR]

The Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back, or until the buyer has supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment the buyer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund costs exceeding those of standard delivery.

The Online Store is entitled to withdraw from the sale and reclaim the goods where the price shown in the Online Store was, due to an obvious error, significantly below market price.
